Our passionate team is based in the unique Natwest startup programme on the fifth floor of a newly refurbished building in the heart of Angel, London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team that is on the brink of fast-growth and becoming the number one in the UK in our sector. You will be responsible to initiate and drive growth across a new set of channels.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has demonstrated experience in several organic growth channels, including PR, partnerships, brand, marketing content, events, and media.
Is energetic and ambitious, and is able to combine creativity with analytics.
Has strong analytical skills and a data driven approach
Is keen to test new ideas and is able to learn its real impact by analyzing data
Makes measuring and metrics a core aspect of his or her work.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.
Is Eager to represent Albert to the outside world.
Develop growth marketing strategy across organic channels including PR, partnerships, marketing content, events, brand, and media.
Organise and run brand & product partnerships that further establish Albert as a premium brand, open the brand up to wider audiences and reinforce our message.
Ensure a consistent visual and written expression of the brand across all platforms and mediums, both public facing and online.
A proven record of leading and delivering coherent and successful brand and marketing plans.
Work closely with performance marketing team, customer service, design and development.
Measure success of the campaigns and share metrics with the wider team.
3 year plus experience in marketing roles in small tech organisations.
A passion for Fintech, design, technology and brand building.
Strategic thinking with hands-on attitude (our founders still code and design as well).
Super passionate about the latest in mobile tech.
Strong mindset on how to approach marketing in a fast-growing tech company.
Keen to work in a startup environment. That means energy, initiative, doing what’s required to get the job done, dedication, understanding and a sense of humour.
